Q: What range of sizes do you carry?
A: We commonly carry sizes 4 to 16. For many of our fashion lines, we can also place special orders for smaller or larger sizes.

Q: How long have you been open?
A: Our Parksville store opened in 1999 and our Nanaimo store opened in 2003.

Q: Which designers and fashion lines do you carry?
A: Our major lines are Linda Lundstrom, Simon Chang, Sarah Pacini, Crea, Sandwich, Mexx, Spanner, Eric Alexandre, Signal, Not Your Daughter's Jeans, Pure Sweaters. We are always seeking out and adding new options, so drop by to discover what else we have.

Q: What are your hours?
A: We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are closed Sundays and Statutory Holidays.

Q: Where do you do your buying?
A: We go to the major Canadian apparel markets and gift shows and purchase from Canadian manufacturers, manufacturers agents, and distributors. Given the strength of the Canadian dollar, we've now started to attend U.S. trade shows and are now importing from the U.S. as well.

Q: How often do you get new stock?
A: New stock arrives in our stores weekly. The bulk of spring/summer fashions arrives in our stores in January and the major shipments for fall/winter fashions arrive in August.

Q: Do you make everything in your store?
A: No. We gather the work of many skilled producers, including some Vancouver Island artisans, and bring it together to give you an unforgettable shopping experience.
